Being in the UT Culinary Program has impacted my life in so many ways that I didn’t know were possible. In the program, you learn so much information in so little time. Chef Greg Eisele has amazing chefs teaching us as well, and they have all had such a positive impact on the students. I thank all of them for the lessons I’ve learned.
