Program Overview
Our NEW Adult Stress Management Bootcamp is designed to provide adults with practical tools and strategies to effectively manage stress in their lives.
Over six interactive lessons, you will explore the nature of stress and its impact on mental and physical health and develop personalized stress management plans.

The course meets on three separate Thursdays.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Key topics include understanding brain functions related to stress, identifying everyday stressors, exploring the relationship between emotions and stress, and practicing grounding techniques. The course will also incorporate hands-on activities, group discussions, and creative expression to foster a supportive environment.
By the end of the bootcamp, you will have gained valuable insights and skills to enhance your overall well-being and resilience in the face of stress.

Feixia Wang has a Master of Science in counseling from Carson-Newman University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in counselor education at the University of Tennessee.
